How do hotel with parking packages work?
If you are bringing your car to the airport then you'll find that booking one of our airport hotel parking packages works out much cheaper than booking your airport hotel room and parking separately. You can select a package that includes either 1 or 2 weeks car parking. If you are away for more than 2 weeks then you will be able to pay for the additional parking when you arrive. Our packages include parking either at the hotel or at a nearby car park depending on which hotel you select. Transport from the hotel or car park to the airport will be provided. Can I book at short notice?
Yes you can book for today if need be, although we would always recommend booking in advance to guarantee a room. We can confirm your booking by email in minutes for you to print off and hand in on arrival. If you do not have email simply print off the confirmation page and hand this in as your booking voucher.

Can I book for 2 cars?
You can only book 1 car parking space per booking. If you require more then 1 room and 2 car park spaces, please make 2 separate bookings. If you would like to book 1 room but 2 car park space you will need to make an airport parking booking separately.
How do I book airport parking prior to my stay?
This is possible at all our hotels. We recommend that you choose a hotel with car parking on site at the hotel if you would like to do this please call 0870 844 2676 with your booking reference and we will advise the hotel that you are parking your car prior to your stay
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
All of the hotels we promote are either attached to the airport terminal or provide a transfer service. It is important that you check the hours of operation of the transfer before you book an airport hotel as not all the transfers operate 24 hours a day. At some hotels you will be asked to pay a small charge for using the transfer bus.
How can I amend or cancel my booking?
You can amend or cancel a booking up to 48 hours before arrival. The cancellation fee is £15.00 per room. No refunds are available if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. Our booking confirmation will provide you with full information on how to contact our customer service team.
